God is here to help and to heal. If we don't verbally tell him what we want fixed or how we want to be healed how can we complain about his works. Of course God already knows all but jus like an earthly father he wants us to come to him and ask. Don't let sin and guilt encamp around you so than you're buried in depression or anger. God forgives us, we need to forgive ourselves and stop blocking our own blessings.
