I have come to realize.....

Upon doing my devotional today, I have come to realize that the life I have had, filled with constant physical pain of some sort, is really not much different than Paul's where in 2 Cor 22-33 he states his life of pain in the journey of growing the Churchs throughout his life time. The only difference from Paul and myself is his pain came from doing Gods work and my pain just came from an injury. Since I have been saved, I have caused my pain to get worse at times doing Gods work but at those times, I chose to dwell on my injury instead of thinking that Paul and our Lord Jesus had endured much more pain for something that makes my life more meaningful today. How very inconsiderate of me. I will repent and ask for forgiveness but most important, a little piece of me has grown more towards becoming like Jesus. This really sounds like the verse Gal 6:17. Suddenly I realize the pain is much better at the time of this writing.
