Ready For A Redo-Pastor Robinson

*Many of us have things that we want, but don't have. -This was the case for the disciples in this scripture. They desired to have the power to cast out of demons, but didnt have it. -Ppl were questioning who they were because they didnt have that ability. Ppl assumed that because they were tight with Jesus, the disciples would have the same power as Jesus. *Now there are some ppl who act like they got it, ain't got it. -But the reality is like the disciples, when crunch time comes they couldnt perform in the clutch. -And you get embarrassed bc you don't measure up to what people thought you should. *But it is so wonderful that we have God as our clutch player. -When Jesus showed up on the scene, the ppl ran expecting Him to show up & show out. *There are times that we question God's power. -It's not if He can do it, it's when he can do it. *There are some ppl who don't realize what they are missing out on. -But what's worse is when you have something, but losing it. -We feel like that when it comes to relationships, losing lost ones, lost independence, lost freedom *The disciples wanted what Jesus had & they were disturbed. -So they began to press Jesus about why they couldnt perform. *Jesus answered them & let them know that somethings only come by reconnecting to the source. -We have to rekindle our fire with God, stop going through the motion, get excited about the Lord -Only then can we reclaim the power God has for us. -It only comes when we have a redo.
