Communicate our needs to God through prayer
Although it was obvious Moses himself could not himself provide for their needs the Isrealites saw him and complained to Moses... instead of focusing on God they focused on Moses and their problem.. only God could supply water in the desert...they should have prayed to God!
We can fix some problems in various practical means.. But other problems can only be solved by God through Prayer
Communicating our needs to God calms our thoughts + emotions, + prepares us to listen.
complaining = stress. Prayer = prepares us to listen.
