my plans......HIS PLANS!!
"We can make many plans but the Lord's plan will prevail."
Tonight Lord I thank you for this time alone in You... For reminding me that as said in Mat 21:22 that if we believe, we will receive whatever we ask for in prayer.
We must have that measure of faith that allows us to trust You enough to let go of the thing we are praying about!
We must believe You enough to know that Your plans for us is above more than we can imagine!
We must trust in You knowing that You are working all things out for good, according to Your will.
I spent the past few hours prodding my mind over the selection of schools for my child's entry to secondary school. But I thank You Lord for impressing on me Your own will...the selection I must make! I thank You God that Your thoughts are higher than mine and that Your ways are higher than mine too! Teach me Lord how to trust You more, so that I can pray for those bigger things in life that align with Your will, such as my daughter's future!
I can make plans but ultimately YOURS will prevail. And so it is.
