Get up and MOVE!
This reminds me of a quote I recently found: "You can't start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one."
Sometimes we live in the past...either by way of regret and beating ourselves up over some stupid choice we made or by constantly thinking about our "glory days" in high school or college. We can't move forward with this stage of our lives; can't claim the promises and victories that God wants us to have if we constantly live in the past. MOVE FORWARD!
Another quote: Even if you're on the right track, if you're just sitting there, sooner or later a train is going to hit you. Get up and MOVE!
