Just Do What He Tells You To Do
Most us want God to shield us from trouble. Every now and then God uses our trouble to reveal who He is and about our relationship with Him.
God is using trouble at a wedding in Canaan to demonstrate who He is. The wine had run out, figuratively the joy had run out. Mary tells Jesus and Jesus tells her it's not my time yet. She then ignores His response and tells the disciples to do whatever Jesus tells them to do.
She uses her faith to set the stage for a miracle, any going ahead and push through on faith and setting the stage.

Jesus performs a miracle earlier than scheduled for Him to reveal who He truly is.
If we want Him to show up earlier than scheduled,myou have to do whatever He tells you to do.
Tells them to use the water storage pots that we as is, dirt and all, and chose to use them. Analogous to us, that He didn't turn away from the empty dirty pots, just like we are before we knew Him and He uses them. He accepts us as is and uses us. He ask to have them filled with water, symbolic of the Holy Spirit. So before you can be used you need to filled with the Holy Ghost.
Fill me so you can use me.
Then Jesus turns the water into wine. The it was taken to the master of ceremony so that he can know what I just did. The taste is going to be the evidence of what Jesus just did.
Oh taste and see that the Lord is good! God is good all the time.
When Jesus turns your life around He is introducing a to something better. We will be looking at Jesus.
