Heaven
This verse would make us believe that each follower of Christ will have a different "reward" or "position" or "situation" when they get to heaven, based on the works that he or she has done in their lives....interesting.
Doesn't this make sense? Sure, accepting Christ is the "ticket" to heaven- you can't earn that, but if there isn't a "reward system" in place, then why would anyone do anything other than sit in a closet after they've been saved?
Kinda goes back to the "election" vs per-destination principle.
