SOAP Day 91

O - I read this as leaders - treat those you lead right an fairly because we have a leader of the Christian who is God.

A - Regardless of pressure from my boss at work I must treat those whom I lead right / fair (positive and negative). In 1x1 this week this will be my focus. I need to think as though I answer to God - not my earthly boss.

P - God - give me the wisdom to treat those that I lead according to your Way.
