This strength enables us and leads us to... 1) Submit our will to Gods will - salvation changes our priorities to that of God. God now dwells so God should now direct - Paul bows in vs 14. Salvation leads to humility and attitude of submission - We are called to accomplish His work, not ours - Gods word was spoken into existence so we should be in the word so God can speak back to us 2) Acknowledge, proclaim and trust that God is in control - vs 15 is not universalism. Uni would minimize cross - God is sovereign and does work of regeneration in our hearts - God is in control and this frees us to submit our will to Him 3) Grow stronger on the inside and use it on the outside - God has raised us from the dead and that is His PROPORTION in our lives. THAT'S the power
- The mystery of the church strength is that the holy spirit reveals/changes our hearts and gives us the strength to live His way
