God knows our heart and mind

I take great comfort in knowing that God knows my heart and mind. He knows me better than I know myself! Right now I am restless, I do not know what is wrong, I do not know what to pray. All that I can do is surrender to God knowing that He has a plan for me and trust that He will work everything out for His glory and my good.
