gmg soap eph 4:20-24

O- Paul tells us since we know about God's love and plan for us through Christ, to take off or put away the things in our life that are from the sinful pagan lifestyle referenced in vv 17-19, and put on a new self- the righteousness that imitates God's holiness.

A- We need to decide to change (renewed in the spirit of our minds) then strip off the dirty duds of sinful behavior we are wearing and put on fresh clothes of better living.

P- Forgiving Father, Thank you that we can take off our sinful behaviors like dirty clothes, and with the help of the holy spirit put on new selves. Help me to change my wardrobe of selfish rebellious habits, of anger and pride, so that I may better live in a way that glorifies you by reflecting your goodness. In Jesus name, Amen
