S.P.A.C.E.P.E.T.S
S - sins to confess: unwillingness to ask God about His plans, unwillingness to do His will that I already know. Lack of trust to follow Him.
P - promise to claim: the salvation of my soul and probably of other.
A - attitude to change: the attitude of selfishness and not giving giving all to Jesus. That I am not the center of the universe, Jesus is.
C - a command to obey: to deny myself and follow. Not to try and save my life.
E - an example to follow: that of Jesus. The willingness to lay His feelings, emotions, rights down to show the invisible to God to the world and save it.
P - prayer to pray: to be totally sold to God and His plans, and remain sold to it. A change of heart to continually touch the world with His life.
E - an error to avoid: the error of thinking that "I" can save my life by not doing what He wants.
T - a truth to believe: following Jesus is where true salvation lies.
S - something to praise God for: the promise of salvation. The privilege of following Him.
