Lord: You spoke; the people did not listen but did exactly what You told them not to do. Forbid that I should not listen and obey. You know best. Help me to remember that in difficult times and circumstances. Show me what to do because often the way seems confusing and anyway I go seems wrong. Help me to know Your voice when You speak.
