Limited
God sent the children of Israel into the wilderness to test and prove their character. He wanted to first, bring them to a place where they could only rely on Him. He wanted them to be faithful in the little abundance in order to test them to be faithful with plenty. Also he wanted to show them that He is God. The wilderness is a place where you don't have much so it brings you closer to Him. A place of intimacy with God so that when he does bless you, you will already have a close relationship with Him so you won't turn your back on Him. God will destroy the things you put before Him for our good. He knows that we need Him and he loves us enough to make sure we keep him first. We shouldn't get attached to temporary things because only He will last forever. Enjoy the blessings but keep them in their proper place knowing they came from God and not through our own success.
