Call forth those things which be not as though they were. Rom. 4:17b
God created the wholeWorld from nothing and by His spoken words he created all things and by Him were all things made. And the bible recorded in . Romans 4:17b "even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were."
In Mathew 17:27 Jesus paid tax with the money from a fish mouth i.e. calling forth those things which were not as though they were,
We as believer has been given the power to also do this in faith, that is why the bible says let the weak says Iam strong and the poor says I am rich. There is power in our spoken word. When we talk in faith and according to His word God will honour it.
