In Romans 4:5 it talks about the human putting their whole being, hope, and trust in God and not putting their trust in themselves. The problem about being saved for a long time is that many people tend to think that the whole reason why they are still standing is because they made a decision to hold on to God, when in reality God gave them the strength to hold on to Him. It is Christians like these that are not right with God and if you are not right with God than you have taken on your own righteousness that will not suffice for you to keep on going.

Once you've made the decision that you can do it by your works is an invitation for the enemy to attack and lie to you.
But we are the ungodly and God is the justifier of the ungodly, so we need to put our trust in the one that makes us Holy and Righteous, not in our selves #SpiritualSuicide!
