Man's All
You can't keep God's commandments if you don't fear Him. He has always wanted to provide for us but we do not want to depend on him. Did Adam lack anything in the garden of Eden?
The fear of God breeds character because if you can show reverence and respect for a Father you cannot see physically, you will be able to relate with others you can see with your eyes.
We will be happy if we do as God commands because that is our purpose. The fulfilment we get makes us content.
If I cultivate a fear of the Lord now, I can pass it on to my children later on in life through example. Doing is better than talking about it.
If we don't fear God we'll be judged on that!
