Be Sober
In my life the ways in which I can keep a sober and diligent mind is to read the word of God. Even if it is just a verse of it, it will keep me from the hands of the devour, Satan, who searches the weak and weary in heart. If satan knows your future is in the hands of God he will do everything to get you at the point where you give up, and this can only happen when your not watchful, sober and humble.
