“Go and tell my servant David, This is what the LORD has declared: Are you the one to build a house for me to live in?"

God asks each person this question. Will you allow Me to come live in you? Will you consecrate your body to be My temple?

David wasn't the one who built the Temple of God. His son Solomon did. So why would God ask him such a question? He must have meant to place that dream inside of David, to give God a permanent home. Today, the same question is asked of me and you.

Are you the one to build a house for Me to live in?
