God nailed everything
Righteous: right with God, the state of him who is as he ought to be, the condition acceptable to God
God doesn't have levels of righteousness. When we receive Jesus as our Lord and saviour we receive God's righteousness
We cannot add to or supplement the righteousness of God ( Gal 3:3)
Romans 6:1-4 - We have received newness of life
2 Cor 5:17 - we are a new creation in Christ
1 Thes 5:23
Why don't we always act as new creations? Because we haven't chosen to. We are still accustomed to our old way of living
How do wee walk in newness of life - Romans 6:14
Grace - undeserved favor, a free gift, enabling power

The law points out our sin, but doesn't provide a solution, but grace gives us the power to walk in the truth.
3 keys to third day living:
1. The spirit of grace - one of the names of the HolySpirit is spirit of grace! The spirit of grace lives in us - John 14/16. We are the temple of the HolySpirit. In order for God to come and live with us, we had to be righteous. Jesus came and lived with us so that we could become the righteousness of God

The spirit of Grace is working in us creating desire and releasing power to live as new creations
The word of Grace

Third day living is impossible if I am not regularly reading and hearing the word of God
3. The throne of Grace Heb 4:16
In God's presence we are empowered by His Grace
How do we take Grace and put it into practice? Grace is received through humility 1 Peter 5:5
Grace is activated by faith (Romans 5:2)
