•Honor within our Family

God has an order to how He does things!

*We are call to Honor God first. In order for
Honor to flow and release blessing, into our Family, then into our Church, then the Community until eventually we can have a healthy Nation.

“Honor your father and mother, as the LORD your God commanded you. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the LORD your God is giving you. (Deuteronomy 5:16 NLT)

*If you have a proper relation with your parents, you'll be able to have a proper relation with the people around you!

*When we refuse to give honor, we are automatically shutting the blessings into our lives!!

God’s law was given so that all people could see how sinful they were. But as people sinned more and more, God’s wonderful grace became more abundant. (Romans 5:20 NLT)

🌟 We give honor not because people deserve it, But Because God asks us to!!

*Honor must come from the heart

And so the Lord says,
“These people say they are mine.
They honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
And their worship of me
is nothing but man-made rules learned by rote. (Isaiah 29:13 NLT)

*We need to learn to forgive, in order to give
Honor from our heart!!

“If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins. (Matthew 6:14, 15 NLT)

•Lack of forgiveness, creates bitterness and Eventually, that Bitterness causes spiritual death!!!

*We need to learn How to be Thankful

*When we can bless our parents is when we know we've had a heart transformation, probably not because they deserved it, but because God asked it!

This isn't our way, is God's way!!!
