Called to preach; called to fly...
Ken Boa mentioned Chariots of Fire in his speech at the CS Lewis Institute Dinner Thursday night - the scene where Eric Liddell said "yes God has called me to China, but He also made me fast, and when I run, I feel His pleasure."
There's been a few who told me I should become a chaplain or pastor, and while I do feel that call, I believe God also made me a helicopter pilot, and when I fly, I feel His pleasure.
I'm looking forward to feeling His pleasure for quite a while today: from late afternoon to even later evening... It's gonna be a great night!
