Glad To Be In His Service-Rev. Debby

*It's one thing to be in the service, it's another to be in His service.
-When you come to a church, you are expecting something.
-When you come to be in his service, you expect to do something.
*In some churches, there are people who are expecting a worship serve us, not a worship service.
*The church was founded on Jesus' principle that we should serve and not be serve. Jesus had a servant's heart and so should we.
*In this text, Jesus makes a distinction between those who served and those who were served.
-On judgement day, which side will you be on: the goat side (wrong) or the sheep side (the Lord's side)
-Jesus is calling us to serve just because he needs our service.
-It's a privilege to serve him.
*God has work for us to do even of we don't know exactly it's in the text.
-When we help those out who need it the most, we've been doing it for God.
*So we must do the work of God, while it is day because when night comes, no man can work. Don't let night come without your work being done.
*Show your appreciation for all his has done for you, by not just being in the service, but be in his service.
