February 20 (DNA)

We have a responsibility as a christian to grow in faith. Are we adding to our faith? we don't grow without effort.

SEVEN CHARACTERISTICS OF GROWING 1) virtue connects us to the purpose of life. Every day we represent god. Don't be self righteous, be RIGHTEOUS. 2) knowledge connects us to the practice of life. One bad thing can lead to another bad thing. Be diligent to add knowledge. 3) self control against the pleasures of life. Plays are good but use self control. 4) perseverance. Patience through hard times and challenges. 5) godliness connects us to the powers of life. Worship god. Walk in godliness so those around you may challenge themselves to be godly. Hold god in your highest esteem. 6) brotherly kindness. It connects us to the people of life. have a deep abiding love for spiritual brothers and those of not christ.bear with another, love one another. 7) love (agape) this is the love it takes to deal with unbelievers. God love. Be diligent in this love.

By doing this, you become christ like. This is our mission as christians.
