At times, our life seems to pass by very fast. Jump off the daily grinder and slow down for the very important moments in life. It may be simply saying "I love you" to your wife while looking into her eyes; taking a few moments to enjoy your surrounding; or simply closing your eyes and saying a prayer about how blessed you are to have a job, home and family. And don't forget to take those deep breaths!
