Be Still
Gods comand here is to "be still and know that I am God" I know that in the corse of my day i am "busy" with things that can wait(housework) or with thoughts and worries that dont matter that i forget to set aside time to just Be Still..be still, this is something my paster preached on a while ago and hr said you cant aford to take 5 minuts to be still and know he is God? As Christ followers we cant afford NOT TO. I think i know what he
ment now. As Christ followers we are called to go into the world and spread the good news, be examples of christ to the world. How can we do that when we havnt taken time to sit down for at least 5 min and listen to what God has to say to us thru his word prayer and just Being
Still. Lord u never cease to amaze me..i am constantly in awe of u. Thank you for the much needed reminder to plainly sit still and listen to me child how can i speak to or thru u if u dont take time to listen slow down tomorrow has enough worries of its own. I want to make a commitment to set aside at least 5 min a day to read ur word and sit in sikence with u Lord. Praise u for all you have done and are yet to do.
