Open the doors of heaven...

Wow! The Lord is challenging his people to test him. It's as if He wants to open the doors of heaven so He can shower blessings on Hid people, but he is unable due to their disobedience.

I wonder what would happen if we (Christ followers in NKY, KY, US...) too God up on this challenge and gave what He has commanded. It is note resting here that he references the tithe...the 10%...and does not ask for 100%. It's like He's saying, I don't need all you money...money is not even the issue...I need you to own up to the reality that I am God and I am in control. Coughing up 10% should not be a tough thing for someone that is truly living her/his life for Jesus.

Wouldn't it be amazing if a folks really got this? It's the freedom in Christ that Jesus mentions... Those that know Jesus can understand. To those that don't know Jesus, this seems silly.

Test the Lord and see what happens! :)
