I Kings 18 -- Choose Now

In I Kings 18, we come across Elijah tearing it up for God and bringing the people back to their senses. He straight up makes fun of the gods they were worshipping, shows the people the power of the One, True God, give the people a choice and then has them take out the false prophets. Elijah set pattern for us to follow: see things outside of God for what they are, walk in the presence and power of the Lord, deliver people from their own stupidity and finally, bring people to the point of choice and commitment. Eijah didn't just tell them to make a choice, he told them to go all the way with it and stop messing around.
