Do you have that one friend (or maybe multiple) who seem to only want to talk to you when they need something? Or do you have a friend that you are always there for them in need, but can't be there for you when you need help? It can be very discouraging when some people have these selfish tendencies and are only concern with themselves. But Paul writes that we should put others needs before ourselves. Even though that person is unable to be a better friend to you, the right thing to do is to continue trying to be their friend and love them.
