Sin -described here as a smooth lipped seductress is incredibly tempting. The devil knows our weakness and sends that smooth talkin seductress to tempt us, ifbere not careful we obliviously wander to her and commit sin. Afterwords we are full of guilt and regret..thats why we are to steer clear of her (temptation) i know what my weelakness is and if i avoid it alltogether then i dont have the chance to be tempted to commit sin. But when i dont avoid and walk into that seducresses neighborhood im ashamed to admit i am ensnared Everytime.
Lord, please give me the streangth and willpower to avoid temptation and sin keeping my eyes compleatly focused on you. In Jesus holy name, amen
