Praise The Lord Anyhow-Rev. Cetrea

*This particular Psalm starts out by saying I will bless the Lord at *all* times, his praise will continue to be in my mouth.
-You might wonder if the psalmist really has gone through something like death of a loved one, rush hour traffic, unemployment, etc.
-Praise isn't in our mouth when we are going through things, other words are probably in our mouths.
*But David is credited for writing this Psalm and we know that he has definitely been through somethings.
-At this particular point David is on the run from King Saul, bit David realized how God spared his life.
*Just like David, we have REASONS to praise God:
-He is God almighty & all by himself.
-He loved us when we were unlovable.
-We were created to praise God. And when we praise him, he dwells with us.
~When we decide to praise God anyhow, we get Daddy's attention. And God stops everything just for us and will be with us in the middle of whatever we are going through.
*We have to be determined that no matter what's going on in our lives, we will be just like David and praise God anyhow.
*When we praise the atmosphere begins to. change, ex.: Paul & Silas in jail, the walls of Jericho
*So go ahead and make the decision to praise God anyhow.
