-From a past deliverance : we are a new; delivered from death ; from a path that was leading you straight to hell!
**no problems =no praise: if you have no problems then you have nothing to praise God for.

- promise in my future
-to a promised deliverance: God is with you in all you do. He can stop you from falling and help you to keep standing. If you do fall, God will be there to help you get back up.
- the purpose of deliverance ( vs 13) to walk upright with Gods help. Stand up every time you get knocked down. No matter the problem, don't let it get you down. Keep walking and keep standing.
