Proverbs 17:4, 7 KJV
A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue. Excellent speech becometh not a fool: much less do lying lips a prince.
** its wrong to lie on people just as well as listening to the lies & gossip. nobody benefits from lies, they just hurt people. Lies are considered foolish & God looks down on lying tongues.
Proverbs 17:13, 15 KJV
Whoso rewardeth evil for good, evil shall not depart from his house. He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord.
** God is not pleased when people do wrong nor people that justify wrong doing. the devil comes in many forms & some people may not know the difference, but that's whyits important to study & read ya bible
