This is talking about each of us. We need to fit spiritual warfare God's way, not our way.
In the Battle of Jericho the praises were on the front lines walking around the walls of the city. It didn't make sense but it was God's way. Hs way doesn't always make sense. Fight God's way with God's strength and God's weapons.
We are our own biggest worst enemy. You CANNOT cover up anxiety with more worry! In a spiritual battle don't fight those around you-they are not the cause. The devil's schemes are at work in our lives. He will use anything he can to work against us. He leads a "spiritual mafia". The real battle is not with people and politicians. It is with the devil working behind them. Satan doesn't stop when we sin. He keeps at us. It doesn't end. It destroys families. The enemy is very strategic. As technology has improved, strategies change. Satan watches us to see where our weaknesses are and that's where he attacks us. We can't win by just surviving. We have to fight back.
2 Corinthians 10:4
Matthew 18:18-20 tells us how to fight against this warfare. Whatever you put a stop sign against here on earth also happens in the heavenlies. Don't battle an addiction or the person with the addiction, battle the cause of the addiction: the devil. But it doesn't stop there. Don't JUST stop the devil. Also open the doors and give a green light for heaven to come their way. Don't just sit back and watch the devil destroy people and make yourself a victim. Do something about it by praying. Don't just give in.

The Greek root of the word "timid" is the same root for the word "neuter"-to cut the power off.
It's time for us to Get. In. The. Game. Get prepared!
Ephesians 6:14
The belt of truth: Paul is not speaking of "our" truth. He's speaking of God's truth. we are sinners and only saved by His grace. We are not perfect.
Breastplate of righteousness: living God's way.
Feet fitted with the readiness: knowing that the worst of circumstances does not prevent us from having a Spirit of Peace.
We can not deflect all obstacles but we can pray.
We are "partnering" with the Spirit. What is our weapon? The Word of God. Without a daily discipline of the Word of God, we have no weapon to use when faced with troubles. http://glo.to/l?1=49006010&2
