Bless Someone Each Day
God's greatest command to us is to love others! We are the only Bible that many will ever read. We are to LOVE others with no strings attached; the way Jesus loves us! Every day that we wake up is is an opportunity for us to be a blessing to others. As believers, we especially are to love each other. Fighting within the body of believers absolutely dishonors God! People are watching to see if we live what we preach. We aren't perfect & there are times we may need to seek forgiveness when we have not acted in love. That is a very mature, & positive example. However, when part of the body of Christ is in need & the body reaches out to meet that need, others are able to see God's love in action! If we know there is a need & we can help & don't , we have just showed the lost that God's love is fake.
Look for those in need (believers & lost) every day. Decide that you are going to bless others every day. Ask God to lead you to people that need help so that you can be a blessing in their lives so that HE is honored & others can see His love in action! Live a life of love each & every day! Seek those out to whom you can bless. Give God honor & glory by living a life of loving others!
Father, I am Your servant. It is my desire that I be a living witness, showing love, by continually being a blessing in the lives of others. Lead me, Lord, to any & all (people) that I can be a blessing to today. Regardless of how large or small their need, open my eyes to see the need & meet it as You would have me to!
