2. Medidate with Jesus.
God let other nations to take over his chosen nation and left abandoned. He doesn't care much about material things like we do. He works in different ways. As descendant generations continue, they stop having intimacy because of lack of experience they have with God. Ritual is some kind of habit, tradition that people act without comprehension. Then God allowe His people to go through hardships and suffering to understand and become closer to Him. Because we never know what we have until It's gone.
3. Listening to Jesus.

What goes through our heart?
It pumps blood.
Automobile engine.
It is to be filled with fuel, gasoline or other certain type of fuel. Engine is damaged when filled with wrong type.
Main thing that satan did to distract us from God is that he stole our identity. Most products have operational manual, as we are not the creator we don't know how to operate it. Bible is our manual for operating in all types of environment.
Therefore we should always be aware and inspect our hearts, whether if it is filled by Gods desires or human desires. Likewise putting diesel into an gasoline operated engine will cause damage. Remember that man dies when heart stops.
4. Obeying Jesus.
When I comes back to my home country, i kind of adjust back to my old living habits. When interpreted., it means that i am relying on myself. Similarly, in my daily life I try to do things on my own. Well it may seem that i have accomplished things, but in reality according to galatians 2:20, I have done nothing but just waisted or killed the precious time that God has allowed me to live. I will stay connected to the Lord not because i have to or because reading bible is what believers do. It is my instruction and manual to keep me alive until i expire.
