The people of His presence

The presence of God while everywhere, is not manifest every where!
1. You were made to be in the manifest presence of God. When God made man, he made him completely different from everything else. When God created the universe, He said ... Let there be! When he made man, he spoke to himself and created man out of His image.
If you have lived a theoretical God life, He wants to change that. God's desire in Jesus was that His presence would manifest in your life.
When you get in the manifest presence of God, you'll be ruined forever. It will change
4. The manifest presence of God is what God is.
If you are going to have the manifest presence of God:
1. You have to value it
A relationship with a person is secondary to the basic need for a relationship with God
2. The presence of God has got to be prepared for. God only comes to a prepared atmosphere. He will not manifest Himself. He requires an atmosphere that's prepared. How do you prepare? Humility prepares the way for the presence of God. Don't be stiff necked!
3. There has to be an invitation
Why pray if God already knows what you are going to say? The prayer is the faith - its the exercise of faith.
The invitation to God's presence is the open door. If you are assuming He will just show up, then there is a reason why He is not coming. Because you haven't invited Him!
4. The presence of God must be honored
Prov 3:5-6
In all your ways acknowledge Him
Not only does God want us to acknowledge Him, but acknowledge His power, presence and purpose.
