Psalm 15 - living a life of honor isn't about recognition. The problem is we live amongst dishonesty

To honour God we must be willing to give God authority over our lives instead of doing whatever we feel like.

Proverbs 15:33“…Before honour is humility.”
Proverbs 18:22“Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty [prideful], and before honour is humility.”
Proverbs 29:23“A man’s pride will bring him low, but the humble in spirit will retain honour.” 
Do I trust God enough to submit myself to the authority of bosses, teachers, parents, government?
Resentment destroys more people than anything else. We cannot manage our lives, no human power can manage our life, but God who gave us life.
How do I become a honourable person?“Walk straight, act right, tell the truth.
Don’t hurt your friend, don’t blame your neighbor, despise the despicable.
Keep your word even when it costs you, make an honest living, never take a bribe.”(from Psalm 15)
