Paul's Discipleship

Paul's commitment to these planted churches was so strong, and a life-time commitment! His heart was so invested in all the believers He led to Christ. He didn't tell them what they wanted to hear in his letters, but what they needed to hear. Those very personalized letters were inspired by the Holy Spirit and they are applicable to my Christian walk today.

Paul wasn't trying to "Lord over them" - but he never lost his burden for their spiritual growth. He loved them, prayed for them, talked fondly of them to others, worked with them, and he never stopped teaching them. What a Godly example of true discipleship and evangelism.
