Matthew 5:41..to the extra mile. Go beyond the call od duty. His doesn't reward sloppiness He rewards excellence. When you do more than what's required of you you will see God's goodness. Take steps to grow, whatever you do find a way to get better at it.

There's always room for improvement. Favor and excellence go hand in hand.We representing God, and He is not sloppy. Don't expect God to give you something new and you aren't taking care of what you already.
Daniel 6:3...don't so what everyone else is doing.

Wether you know it or not people are watching you. Be a cut above, be disiplined and bring that excellence to the outside of you, know that you represent God everywhere you go.
