Unity in diversity
God allows...embraces and encourages...diversity. He has designed us to be unique. Our individual personalities, passions and gifts will necessitate that we will not always see things the same way, or do the same things .... But in Christ we should have the same goal - to love and serve Christ.
This has huge implications for personal relationships. It requires the humility to not always need to be right and the strength to hold on to the convictions God has placed in you, and the wisdom to find the right balance. It means knowing when to move in different directions without moving apart.
