CHOOSING TO STAND
Stand Ready   

Watch and pray - to align our will and emotions to God     

Stand fast in the faith - build foundations of faith, before the storms of life attack. You don't want to build a foundation during a storm. Foundations are what define you. We have to have a foundation of faith that define us and one that we can stand in!      

Be brave -

Be strong - let convictions direct our decisions. Its not about physical strength, but emotional and more importantly Spiritually!
Stay in love - love is the mother of faith. We can't be in faith if we are out of love!
Stand against the right enemy

Ephesians 6:12

We wrestle not against flesh and blood. We need to identify the enemy and rebuke Him!

2 Corinthians 10:3-6

Stand under God’s authority

James 4:7

Submit to God – Resist the devil 
When you have pride in you, God backs away from you and you cannot resist the devil without God backing you up!

1 Peter 5:5-11 
God doesn't change. He is a faithful God. We should always look back at all the things God has done for us and how faithful He was before. If He was faithful before, He will be faithful again.

Stand longer than we would prefer
Hebrews 10:35-36
Do not cast away your confidence
God's will, God's way! If we quit, we don't see the reward. Keep fighting until you see the reward!

Take our place and choose to stand.
