Oh Elihu!
Oh Elihu, if only you had remained silent you would have demonstrated the wisdom you claimed. It is still a common practice for people to assume that people's misfortune is always a result of God's judgement on one's sin/wickedness. This is not always the case. It was not the case with Job. Job's misfortune was a direct result of a premeditated attack by Satan. Job's appeals to God are warranted. Where else do God's followers turn in times of sufferring. The challenge is to maintain reverence when calling out to Him in hardship.
