Am I Gifted or Talented? What Is the Difference?

A talent is an exceptional ability passed on through genetics or social upbringing. However a gift is and exceptional ability given by God. The word talent is never used in the Bible to define or describe an ability but rather to describe a unit of measurement. (Matthew 25:14-18) the Bible also states that every good and perfect thing comes from God without repentance. They may be perverted & heir purposes can be distorted by evil. (Ezekiel 28:12-16)

I. The Maintenance of the Body
- When you are a gift in the body but you aren't functioning as u should you are impacting the entire body.

II. The Mediation of the Body
(1 Corinthians 12:7-12)
- Your gifts need to function so that people know that God is doing so.

III. The Maturing of the Body
(Ephesians 4:11-16)
