The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord , and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, (Ezekiel 37:1 KJV)
So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. (Ezekiel 37:7 KJV)
God gave a command and when there is a command there is a blessing. Where there is a blessing there is a command.
When God gives us a prophesy, we must trust His word and speak it! Although Ezekiel was in the midst of a dry valley surrounded by dead, dry bones. A place where no one could see or hear him, He was obedient to the Word and command of God. He could have said no, what you are asking me to do is crazy. There is no hope here. Only death. There is only a dry place here. There is no life. However, he chose to trust, believe and obey... even in a deserted, desolate time and place.
Through God's spirit he was able to speak new life, and raise up new spirit and provide great hope.
Brothers and Sisters this same Word is for us today. To everyone of us going through a dry, desolate, deserted time, seek God. Seek His life giving spirit. Seek His hope and prophesy His word over those areas. Just as He did then, he will revive those dry areas. He will give new life. He will give hope and Wholeness. He will restore those things which we counted as dead and lost. We can forever give God the glory!
