The time is upon us where we need a dynamic support system a solid foundation an always stable infrastructure..in broke down down terms because I know I just came at you with an array of words that you may not understand but in other words we need overall strength and what better person to carry that weight for us then our heavenly father. He will lift us up when our burdens are at their heaviest he will brighten our day when at its most gloomiest and be our foundation when our grounds have been shook. God wants that burden he wants that stress he wants that unhappiness he longs for it to show you that he is a just and faithful God to show you how awesome and mighty he is. All he ask is that we be obedient to him in exchange for his strength and blessings. So yeah we can lift weights yeah we can practice mental strengthening but real infinite strength and joy comes thru jchrist. 2 Samuel 22:3 GWT
my God, my rock in whom I take refuge, my shield, the strength of my salvation, my stronghold,my refuge, and my Savior who saved me from violence.
