Impossible?

What exactly is impossible these days? I grew up in Uganda, a country where needs abounds with limitations almost to everything that would enable a child to experience life in its fullness. There are many other positive aspects of growing up in such an environment which I wish most people could experience.

My subject matter today is about the limitations many people experience just because they are surrounded by assumptions of the 'impossible'. I experienced and heard that word 'impossible' on a daily basis and it became part of my psych. I gave up on very many things because every one told me they were impossible.

Three years ago, my little lovely daughter aged six who has grown up in a different environment in Australia changed my thinking when she interfered in my discussion with another person and corrected me. In her words, she said " dad, there is nothing impossible..." That sunk deep with in as I reflected on all the impossibilities I faced and the thousands of times I heard that word. I reflected at how I limited my curiosity and the ability to explore things which is key to growth and development of every child.

The word of God is full of scripture that proves, the are no impossibilities, we. Just creat them in our heads as a means to justify accepting defeat. When you go out today, remember, all things are possible through Christ Jesus.
