26 Healing Scriptures

1. Psalm 103:1-5 – A psalm of David. Praise the LORD, I tell myself; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Praise the LORD, I tell myself, and never forget the good things he does for me. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. He ransoms me from death and surrounds me with love and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle's! 2. Exodus 23:25 - So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. 3. Matthew 4:23-24 –  Jesus traveled throughout Galilee teaching in the synagogues, preaching everywhere the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed people who had every kind of sickness and disease. News about him spread far beyond the borders of Galilee so that the sick were soon coming to be healed from as far away as Syria. And whatever their illness and pain, or if they were possessed by demons, or were epileptics, or were paralyzed -- he healed them all. 4. Hebrews 13:8 – Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. 5. John 14:12 – "The truth is, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father. 6. Mark 16:15-17 –  And then he told them, "Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone, everywhere.  Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned.  These signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak new languages.   7. Mark 16:18-20 – They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won't hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick and heal them. When the Lord Jesus had finished talking with them, he was taken up into heaven and sat down in the place of honor at God's right hand.  And the disciples went everywhere and preached, and the Lord worked with them, confirming what they said by many miraculous signs. 8. Matthew 10:1 – Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to cast out evil spirits and to heal every kind of disease and illness. 9. Proverbs 4:20-22 – My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh. 10. Psalm 107:20 - He sent out his word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death. 11. John 6:63 - The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life. 12. Romans 8:11 - But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. 13. 1 Corinthians 12:9 - The Spirit gives special faith to another, and to someone else he gives the power to heal the sick. 14. Romans 15:19 –  I (Paul the Apostle) have won them over by the miracles done through me as signs from God -- all by the power of God's Spirit. In this way, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ all the way from Jerusalem clear over into Illyricum. 15. 1 Corinthians 2:4-5 – And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.  16. Isaiah 58:7-8 - I want you to share your food with the hungry and to welcome poor wanderers into your homes. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help. If you do these things, your salvation will come like the dawn. Yes, your healing will come quickly. Your godliness will lead you forward, and the glory of the LORD will protect you from behind. 17. John 10:10 - The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. 18. Jeremiah 33:6 - Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security. 19. 1 Peter 2:24 - He (Jesus) personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed. 20. Psalm 30:2 - O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me. 21. John 14:13 - And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 22. John 14: 14 - If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. 23. Luke 1:37 - For nothing is impossible with God. 24. Mark 11:22-23 - Then Jesus said to the disciples, "Have faith in God. All that's required is that you really believe and do not doubt in your heart.” 25. Mark 11:24 - Listen to me! You can pray for anything, and if you believe, you will have it. 26. James 5:16 - Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and wonderful results.
