Elijah: My Last Day to Lead!
Elijah would escape death…God was going to take him to Heaven. Enoch is the only other person to escape death.
Genesis 5:24
Genesis 5:24 ESV
Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him.
Those who are alive when Christ returns will join their number.
Elijah was not leaving the world empty he had a man to mentor: Elisha.
Four Stops on the Way to Heaven
1. Gilgal: Remember God. (Joshua 4) The faithful aren’t forgetful.
Beth-el means “house of God.”
The devoted aren’t divided...our whole heart for one God!
